Output control area

Quality control at the cell manufacturer:

Only original cells of class A/A+ are used (QR code on each cell allows tracking and checking all information from the manufacturer, laser welding of threaded terminals in factory conditions ensures low transition resistance and reliable fixation).
Control of parameters of each batch of cells before shipment (nominal voltage, internal resistance).

Quality control and inspection activities at the 1AK-LI-ION assembly plant:

Sorting of elements within one batch — using cells from one batch with the minimum possible variation in parameters in each individual battery.
Double tightening of bolted connections with torque wrenches with application of control marks.
Control of correct connection of the BMS system to the cells, control of cell parameters after assembly, active balancing (gross balance) with specialized devices.
Output control of battery parameters in the form of 3-10 charge-discharge cycles at maximum operating modes (hourly discharge, two-hour charge) with control of actual capacity, temperature of units (using a thermal imager).

Independent audits at suppliers' production facilities

Testing each battery at maximum operating conditions, monitoring electrical parameters, thermal imaging control.
Internal audits at production facilities, shipment control.
Development and implementation of production regulations.
Support for clients and batteries after the transaction.
Support for concluding service contracts for equipment/batteries.

Test center:

Testing section: testing at maximum operating conditions.
Output control section: thermal imaging control, electrical control of battery parameters, checking the tightening of bolted connections with control marks.
